The Gallipoli plaque at Lake Hamilton

Patsy Adam Smith (1924 – 2001) unveiled on 31Nov 1993 the plaque in a series of 3 plaques done by the Hamilton RSL to surround a seedling Lone Pine pine tree on the shores of Lake Hamilton, Victoria.
